50T Chainguard Dovetail
thingiverse
I'm finally putting my 50T chainring to good use by building a makeshift bike seat repair system because those pesky pants just keep getting torn up. It's about time I took matters into my own hands and got creative with this project. I'll print out five of these components and snap them together via the dovetail joint, then I'm ready to roll. Minimal infill will do just fine - after all, it's not like I need a super-strong structure to keep my pants in one piece. The whole system consists of five individual pieces that can be snapped together seamlessly. I've added two hollow holes to each component, which I can use to screw them into place if needed. The other three components are solid, but they'll still work just fine for now. If you're feeling extra cautious, you could print out three with the screw holes and two without - it's a good compromise between stability and simplicity.
