Two options are available: Standard - this is for started duplicator bearing blocks - 5mm offset Recessed Bearing - 20mm offset This is version two for my blower, which includes several key changes: A larger circumference around the nozzle has been added to enhance performance. An air shield has also been incorporated to keep it away from the heating block. The design utilizes a 50mm blower exclusively. Detaching the blower is a straightforward process that requires only two screws to be undone, allowing you to remove it in one piece. To ensure optimal airflow and prevent clogging of exit holes, I recommend using a 2.5 or 3 mm drill bit for cleaning purposes, although this step is not strictly necessary. In my testing, a 10 hour print at 255 degrees was conducted, with the shield performing exceptionally well without any signs of deformation or melting due to proximity to the heater block. I recommend using an 8 line skirt with an offset of either .25 or 0 to improve bed adhesion. To further enhance the print quality, I suggest adding two outlines. Optional support can be added between the two base plates if necessary. In my testing, printing with PETg resulted in subpar bridging performance; therefore, additional support is recommended for this area only.
