I designed this device because my stepper motor was overheating within its housing. The fan mount is positioned under the stepper motor, attached to a 2020 profile on a XY core and can accommodate a 50x50 fan. Depending on your setup, you may need to mirror it for one axis. I've successfully implemented it on my Ender 4.
