This holder keeps a 50mm fan in place, specifically designed for GearVR where an S6 smartphone tends to overheat within 5-10 minutes. I addressed the overheating issue by employing small pieces of double-sided tape to hold everything together. To power a 12V fan, a 2S LiPo battery (8.4V) is used, resulting in a remarkably quiet and effective cooling system.
