Some parts of a small caster wheel on a filing drawer unit broke, and I'm trying to fix them... will post an update if it works. This thing is similar to the Ikea Malm drawer unit. You'll find dimension notes in the Wheel.scad file, where you can modify variables to suit your needs. It also uses pins.scad but with my personal tweaks for $fn overrides and customized split gaps on smaller pins. Since this cabinet doesn't move frequently, I just want it to balance, and that's what I'm going for with this setup. Here are the instructions: Files: Pin5.stl & Pin5.scad - final pin version after trimming and tweaking. I suggest printing at maximum density; I did 50% because my printer sometimes fails on higher settings. Really, if you need ultimate durability, try using a metal bolt. Wheel.stl & Wheel.scad - final wheel version. Printed with 50% Cura fill and supports were cleaned off for a smooth curved part. Wheel.failV1.scad - initial attempt but forgot to change the pin size; it was a total failure. Pin.scad & Pin.stl - original, non-functional version with insufficient flex and oversized pins.
