this is an adapter to fit a 50mm suction hose to a Kärcher WD 7.700 P (may also fit other kärchers).i needed this to fit my cyclonic dust separator.it fits perfect, and the snap in thingi snaps in extremely well - so good in fact, that it wont come back out :-Dso in terms of further improving the part - that´s all on you - i can´t help you.(in my case it´s fine, because i am never using this vacuum cleaner without the cyclon)i have included the fusion360 file, if you want to experiment with the thing.also i have included a version without the snap in snapper. the fit is tight enough. so i think it should stay in place without that.
