I'm basing this design off thingiverse.com/thing:380931, which gives me a good starting point for sizing. To make it more visually appealing, I added a spherical shape at the top to resemble an LED bulb. This design works perfectly for holding tiny LED sequins in place. Kudos to the original creator of the cap for coming up with something so functional and useful!
