ADDED V2 Added newer V2. Has small modifications and it is a bit shorter, but it will work the same as the other. I just wanted to make a better looking version and the end result is better with this one INTRODUCTION: I made this to replace the 4020 fan I was using, which I changed for another 4020 axial fan because of vibrations but the replacement also had issues...But 5020 radial fans have great performance for the little noise output and vibration they produce. I use them for part cooling so I had the idea to utilize the latest part cooling duct I made and make an adapter to replace the 40mm axial fan with the blower.I recommend 5020 blowers with dual intakes, because those produce lower vibrations and also a lower noise. IMPORTANT: Do not use supports but use CURA/Orca Slicer "make overhang printables" option and set it to 50°. I did not find any option in Onshape that helped me with it, but that slicer option made the trick. The only thing you are going to need after the print is done is to clean the screw hole at the top, where the blower is attached. REQUIREMENTS: You are going to need a 25mm M3 screw and a M3 nut for the blower and for the axial fan side any screw larger than 12mm (also M3) will work.
