This is not your average blower. This is actually a 5020 blower, specifically designed with a squirrel-cage radial fan that boasts dual intakes and a significantly larger outlet, resulting in an astonishingly quieter performance compared to the standard 5015 blowers. I've been experimenting with this design in some custom projects and it was clear I needed the precise model for FreeCAD. As such, I'm uploading the STL file as required for publishing a part, along with a STEP file that should work seamlessly with any CAD software, making it accessible to anyone who finds this useful. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an accurate model of this blower online, so I took matters into my own hands and created one myself. It turned out to be more intricate than necessary, but I'm glad I got the chance to put in extra details. The biggest challenge was pinpointing the exact dimensions for the mounting hole location and orientation, as the drawings I found were often incomplete or contradictory. After conducting extensive research and taking precise measurements directly from the blower, I managed to narrow down the options by comparing them to the actual design. To confirm my findings, I even printed a 1mm slice of the model and laid it against the fan, which resulted in an almost perfect match.
