<p>The Coanda Effect is where air travels over curved surfaces. It essentially widens the area of air the fan can pull form. It's only about a ~13% increase but its also an easy 8 minute print. I used a cycloid shape for the curve because it transitions very well to almost perpendicular to the hole. Its fitted to the screws that a Prusa use which is about 5.42 mm with a tight fit.</p><p>Settings:</p><p>0.2mm thickness</p><p>A stepped edge actually helps with noise slightly too so no need to smooth it. This is based off Noctua's research and is used on thier fans</p><p> </p><p> </p>
