This is a mount for a 5015 fan mount, to be used on the standard ender 3, or ender 3 pro side. It uses the standard screws, as well as a couple of M4 Nuts and bolts to hold the 5015 fan in place. It has some adjustment available, to raise or lower the fan.Use ABS for this one, and use supports for the bottom section.
