5015 blower nozzles

I needed a simple nozzle for my 5015 blower, so I designed one that's really easy to make. It gets mounted with just one screw. I've got four different versions ready: Wide: My outlet size is the same as the inlet size, which gives me maximum air flow over a wide area. Medium: This one is smaller than the wide version. Narrow: And this one is even smaller - I'm really happy with how it turned out! Update 24 Sept 2017: I just added a new version that's 15mm longer than the original narrow one. It prints best without supports and the nozzle tip pointing down. FreeCAD source files are included, so you can make your own changes if needed. Here are the parts you'll need: 1 x printed blower nozzle of your choice 1 x 12V 5015 Blower fan (you can get one from Aliexpress) 1 x M3 x 20mm bolt (Aliexpress has these too) 1 x M3 nut (same place as before) Print Settings: Printer: TEVO Tarantula prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Nozzle 0.3mm, Layers 0.25mm Infill: 35%
