5015 blower fan duct CR-200B/Ender3

IMPORTANT: You must reduce your build volume on the X direction by 10 mm to leave enough clearance for the fan. Originally designed for CR-200B but I guess can also fit Ender 3 since it has a very similar head design (not the V2!). The fan duct allows to hold a 5015 blower fan which improves a lot the cooling performance compared to the stock 4010 fan. EDIT: I uploaded a new version "slim_mirrored" that does not involve any modification of the build volume UPDATE: Version "CR200B_duct". Reworked design to avoid the collision with the stock bed clips.
