5015 Army Ant Duct For Anycubic Predator

This duct will not work with all 5015 fans, the fans I have barely fit in the gap between the arms. I am using SoundOriginal 24v fans that are 14.70mm wide, and the fan is inset into the housing by 1mm, meaning that I only needed 13.7mm of clearance for my fans to fit and the space between the arms which is about 14.3mm when the arms are rotated to the point where the gap is smallest. If your fans don't fit, I am working on an alternate design that should be compatible with both 4020 and 5015 fans with a 5015 to 4020 adapter. These slices fine with Cura using a .4mm line width. Slic3r and PrusaSlicer have issues with 1.3 and 1.4, so I've tweaked them slightly to not have holes on the outer wall when detect thin walls is enabled (internal structure does not slice correctly without it enabled) and added 1.3.1 and 1.4.1 to fix that problem. Version 1.3 is the single screw version, 1.4 is the dual screw version. I personally prefer the dual screw version since it's a bit more rigid. Discontinued versions 1.0 and 1.1 because they were a bit off center and not compatible with my bed level sensor housing. Version 1.2 never got past the test fit phase as I goofed up the measurements a bit. You can use standard PC fan screws, M4 or #8-32 screws that are 3/4" (19mm) long to mount the fan, the holes are just small enough for the M4/#8 screws to thread in. The PC fan screws will take a bit more effort but I was able to screw them in on my test print. This duct will prevent the stock bed level sensor from being mountable, but I have made a new bed level sensor housing design to accommodate for this. Modify your printer at your own risk, cooling system changes may cause clogs.
