5015 Air Duct System (S1 Pro Sprite Extruder, Dual or Single)

This version is not modular and requires 2 5015 blower fans where as this one here you have an option for one or two. If you're looking for an insanely lightweight, ridged and efficient part cooling system for your ender machine? Look no further! I know there are a lot of options to choose from now a days but I do think you should give this one a shot. Everything prints in about an hour - hour and a half, no supports needed (unless you can't bridge a 15mm gap, then in that case, you'll need supports for the fan duct entrance). The design is completely modular which means you can choose to have either just the left or right duct as a stand alone or run both at the same time!Additional Hardware:      -Two M3x8 (You'll need one screw per duct to connect them)     -One M3x30     -One M3 Nut     -M3 heated insert (optional)     -Super Glue (optional)Assembly:     -Insert your heated inserts into the mounts (optional)     -Put a dab of super glue on the flat areas where the duct will make contact with the mount (optional)     -Screw the fan duct into the mount with your M3x8 screws     -Mount the bracket to the extruder (ensure that the ducts line up to the nozzle and allow appropriate clearance)     -Install fans (for the right fan you will need one M3x30 screw to attach the upper portion of the fan to the extruder. This fan sits at a slight angle and this screw will bring it in slightly as well as friction fit the fan into place for maximum rigidity)This build requires a 0 Y-Axis mod for your BL-Touch.
