This is a simple cover to keep the 240v terminals out of reach, on the PSU for the 500W spindle used on CNC routers. There is a notch on the inside to click the cover into the case and a hole for a securing screw on the opposite side. I tapped the hole in the PSU case with an M4 thread or use a self tapper. A hole either side allows you to pass the connection cable through. On the front is a hole for the speed control knob and for a switch for turning the spindle on and off. Some PSU cases my differ in size so I've added a .stp file too for easy editing. Hopefully this makes it a bit safer to use.
