500W spindle fan upgrade V2

Improved fan V2 for the China 500W spindle. The fan blades have been revised and now have a much better cooling effect. There are two holes for round magnets (5x4,3mm) which can be used for an RPM counter and is processed with an Arduino and a hall sensor. In the improved V2 version, several adjustments have been made. The fan blades are improved and are now even more efficient and they can also be printed more easily. The shaft diameter has been slightly increased to better press the fan on the motor axis. IMPORTANT: The fan has a diameter of 76mm, so it is now significantly larger than the original fan. It may happen that the fan is now too close to the Z-axis and thus touches the stepper motor. On my profile there is a remix of a Z-axis carriage which positions the motor 15mm further out and is compatible with the original aluminum bracket.
