Human V2: This upgrade is a custom-designed spinner, made to work seamlessly with the 500W Chinese CNC spindle. Thanks to Andy's design input, these new blades offer improved performance, ensuring optimal airflow around the spindle. In this configuration, air is pushed through rather than being pulled in, resulting in lower temperatures and a cleaner working environment. To assemble, carefully follow the provided instructions. Begin by printing the Human V2 spinner using your preferred PLA filament settings. Once printed, use a 10mm masonry bit in reverse to clear out any debris from the shaft hole. This is accomplished by securing the bit into the chuck with the cutting edge facing towards the toolholder and then rotating the entire assembly while applying gentle pressure through the spindle. Be sure to work methodically and maintain control during this step to achieve optimal results. My specific Makita bit, featuring an 8mm shaft diameter, makes for a near-perfect fit when reversing it as described above, effectively honing the interior of the part.
