500g(1lb) Silica Gel Desiccant Container =================== (Updated October 2019 with reinforced 1mm thicker sides for added strength and easier printing) Container to hold 500g of color-indicating silica gel for your filament dry cabinet. The dimensions without feet are 155mm x 127mm x 40mm, providing ample space for efficient storage. The clip-on feet secure the lid in place while allowing airflow all around the container. Note: The container and lid should be printed with support for the recessed areas where the feet clip on to ensure a secure fit. I successfully printed this design in ABS plastic, enabling me to dry the silica gel in an oven at 110c. However, I encountered warping issues during the drying process, suggesting that decanting the silica into another container before heating may be a more reliable approach.
