I designed a customized US 50 states puzzle map to serve as an interactive learning tool, featuring embossed state names on their reverse sides. The goal is to test knowledge by trying to identify each state and then revealing the answer by flipping it over. This project exceeded my expectations and has been well-received by family and friends alike. Each puzzle piece measures 3mm thick. Printing in 5 colors on my Prusa i3 MK3 took approximately 40 hours to complete. I'd like to extend special thanks to TheNewHobbyist for providing the Sketchup file, which can be found in the remake reference section. I've included STL files for individual states as well as a comprehensive set featuring all 50 states together. Additional notes on printer settings are available below.
