I used KatTrue's parametric center finder to create a 50 mm long version with a 3 mm hole in the middle. It proves extremely useful when you need to pinpoint the exact center of an object. For instance, let's say you have a board and you require cutting it lengthwise into two equal halves. Hold the board so each little round cylinder is positioned next to its edge. Place your pencil or pen inside the hole and slide it down along the entire length of the board.
