50 Amp Plug Cap
prusaprinters

50 Amp plugs kept getting knocked around and apparently they're expensive, so got asked to create a cover for them that would attach to the cord permanently, its a tight fit but seems to work alright, will probably end up doing them for a few plugs I think. About a 4hr print so not too bad, made the tether as long as I thought might work for the printer and application. Attached the Rhino file also as it might be easier for reworking.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

i3 MK3

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

20

Filament:
Filamentum Flexfill 98A Grey

Notes:

Semiflex settings with avoid crossing perimeters works pretty good.
