This time I challenged the large model having a 10-inch fan using my small printer.This is not just the scaled-up model, all parts have been newly re-designed to rotate by a small motor.As the first phase, "Fan Module" has been uploaded.In the near future, "Engine Module (Gas Generator)" will be uploaded. A. The features of "Fan Module" are as follows: ① A 10-inch diameter fan rotor with an assembly type, ② Double-Helical Type Fan Drive Gearbox (FDG) with five pinions and a 1/3 ratio, ③ Fully metal bearings are used for the rotational model turned by a 3V battery, and ④ Large-size parts separated for a 150mm size printer. B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 16 pages): The detailed assembly manual including "Parts-List," "After printing treatment," and "Assembly procedure" has been prepared based on "Standard Skill" such as filing, drilling, tapping, and painting. C. Purchase Parts Information: Bearings - 6804ZZ (20x32x7) (2ea), 6900ZZ (10x22x6) (1ea), and DDL-1050ZZ (5x10x4) (5ea).Screws - Micro screws M1.4x3.5L & M1.4x6L, direct screw-in to a 1mm diameter hole (no nut), but if you have the M1.4 tap, it will be very useful.Screws M2 x ** - See Parts List for size, quantity, and length of screws that can be adjusted by your experience. Total Net Print Time: Approximately 97 hours - (Estimated as the case of PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height, 20% infill, and no raft or support).Note: When actually printing, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience. F. Printing settings: Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill - Depending on your experience.My models were printed using the "idbox" with a 0.4 nozzle and 1.75 PLA.
