5"x5" Model aircraft propeller
prusaprinters

I designed this for use on my flying wing with a 2300 kV BR2204 motor running on 2S LiPo (7.4V). It uses NACA 16-series airfoils, and draws about 50W with this setup.

For best results, print it upside down (leading edges touching the build plate) and use a high density support interface to get the best possible finish on the overhung side. Carbon fiber Nylon (the pictured prop was printed using eSun ePA-CF) or PETG both work on 2S, however the added strength of the nylon might be needed if you are using a higher kV motor or higher cell count.

Post processing: balance the propeller and sand to smooth the layer lines. You might also paint it with resin before balancing to improve smoothness further.
