Building a rigid coupler for my Prusa i3 mk2s clone proved to be a straightforward process, and I opted not to use integrated lead screws, instead choosing to connect them via a sturdy coupling. To construct the coupler, you'll need four M3x10 screws and four plain M3 nuts to secure each connection. The coupler is designed specifically for a 5mm shaft on a stepper motor with an 8mm D-shaft and lead screw.
