5-Way Outer Coupler

This 4-way coupler is designed for a slip fit over 3/4 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe, but its parameters can be adjusted to join any size pipe. It features an internal ledge to prevent pipes from sliding through or colliding inside the coupler. The STL file can be generated by editing OpenSCAD's variables (pipe_od, gap, ledge, and wall) in the provided OpenSCAD file. Print two halves using Cura 12.07 default settings with PLA, 50% infill, and 190 degrees; each half takes about 1.5 hours to print. Remove strings if necessary and trim off anti-warping pads with a hobby knife. Secure the halves together using cyanoacrylate glue, heating the flat faces if necessary for a perfect fit.
