This text describes a half coupler designed for slip fit within 3/4" Schedule 40 PVC pipe with an adjustable OpenSCAD file. The coupler includes a thin raft-like flange to minimize warping and can easily be printed, glued together, trimmed, and used. To customize dimensions, edit the variables in the OpenSCAD file, obtain software from openscad.org, print two STL files, remove excess flange with a hobby knife, glue pieces together with cyanoacrylate, and heat to fit if needed.
