UPDATE 2015-07-03 - I fine-tuned the tolerances to ensure a better fit, so it's essential to verify that your printer is well calibrated before printing high-quality results. 5-way and 6-way crosses designed specifically to fit snugly into 1/2" Schedule 40 PVC pipes are part of an expanding series of innovative 1/2" PVC fittings that can be used in place of conventional plumbing fittings. To enhance the adhesion, I deliberately included triangular holes within the pipes. This thoughtful design improvement allows the glue to dry without any airlocks that can prevent a secure bond. The unique ledges at the top of the horizontal openings also ensure easy printing without relying on complex support structures. New additions will be continually added to this comprehensive series of PVC fittings, which is inspired by my initial 3-Way Elbow design.
