This project is designed to provide a protective cover for a 5VDC power supply, which will be used to power individual LED strips with 5VDC voltage. The delivery of two essential Panel Mount 2.1mm DC Barrel Jacks is still pending, hindering the final assembly process. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer Model: Prusa Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 microns Infill: 10% Notes: Items need to be rotated 180 degrees around the x or y axes. Post-Printing Analysis: The addition of black 12mm sections to the gray end-blocks serves as an aesthetic touch, enhancing the overall appearance of the final product. These separate pieces were printed and glued onto the end-blocks to create a visually appealing effect. Design Explanation: This design concept is similar to existing power supply end-block designs but was tailored specifically for a 5VDC power supply that will be used to power individual LED strips with addressable LEDs. The design was created using Fusion 360, a 3D modeling software. Custom Section: Multi-Colored End-Blocks During testing, a 12mm section was cut from one end-block and printed separately. The addition of black sections next to the gray final product "looked good" and resulted in an aesthetically pleasing effect. Another 12mm section was printed and glued onto each end-block, adding a decorative touch. These 12mm sections are not necessary but contribute to the final result's visual appeal.
