A sleek vent with internal damper designed specifically to fit snugly behind a panel, offering a clean upgrade from the previous hodgepodge of PVC fittings, hoses, and copious amounts of duct tape that once cluttered this space. The output flange measures an impressive 5 inches across and boasts an extra-wide lip for secure mounting to the panel using VHB foam tape. A standard 1.5-inch rubber hose fits effortlessly into the hose inlet, while the damper itself enables almost complete closure of the pipe, allowing for precise flow adjustment when multiple vents are used on the same machine. Edit: To enhance printing quality, I've flipped the vent over, leaving the mesh untouched. Additionally, I've included a version without the damper to cater to diverse user preferences. Instructions Print this assembly using 4 shells, with each shell featuring a 0.2-layer thickness. Include a raft and support for stability. The entire print job will take approximately 14 hours on a Z18 printer.
