This is a threaded ball screw and nut. Due to its extensive surface area, this threaded rod can withstand considerable force before the plastic bearings begin to deform. Uses: M3 screws 60mm long (qty 5) M3 nuts (qty 5) 6mm BB's (qty: too numerous to count) 3 printed parts: threaded rod (the threaded rod can be printed multiple times) nut nut cap adding the BB's: 1) fill in the bottom nut completely 2) attach the cap 3) leave the nut slightly off of the screw and push the rest of the balls upward into the nut. It doesn't have to be fully packed. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .1mm Infill: 20%-80%
