5 round to 2 round magazine plug/limiter for Saiga/VEPR 12 gauge

In Pennsylvania, there are specific times when semi-auto shotguns can be used, but only with a limit of three rounds loaded, including one in the chamber. To comply with local laws, I created this modification to restrict my 5-round magazine to two rounds. This may prove useful for others as well. Testing on my VEPR 12 showed it works perfectly. It's likely compatible with Saiga rifles since their magazines are almost identical. The bottom groove fits into the spring footer, and the unit is positioned between springs at the Follower's bottom. This design allows two rounds and a small amount of push-down clearance but not enough space for a third round to fit snugly. However, it does enable proper racking and cycling. To keep everything secure, I recommend applying hot glue to the bottom groove to prevent rattling or coming loose.
