5 Penny Fidget Spinner

5 Penny Fidget Spinner

I designed this fidget spinner with my son using Fusion 360. The design accommodates 609 bearings, each measuring 0.866 inches in diameter, as well as pennies with a diameter of 0.75 inches. I discovered that placing three bearings per penny hole yields excellent results. To achieve balance, weighing them is crucial. Additionally, I have caps available and will post them shortly. Calibrating my extrusion multiplier in Repetier host was instrumental in fine-tuning the hole size for a precise fit. After adjustments, I managed to achieve a press-fit that didn't require a vise to secure the bearing in place. A test object used to evaluate bearing fit is also ready and will be uploaded.
