I heavily based my design on polyprint's TOOTHLESS Herb Grinder: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1682040. Now that it's done, I'm sharing my version with everyone. I used the same basic design as polyprint's grinder but completely remade it in SolidWorks. To switch things up, I added a little keif/pollen catcher and made it possible to change the size of the grinder for different grinds. I hope you guys like it, so please share if you print one out! If you want to make your own custom top, the dimensions are as follows: 2 inches inner diameter, 2.0393701 inches outer diameter (or 1mm thick wall), and 7/8 inch height. Printer Settings: Printer: HTCTOP Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 25-100 Notes: I used 100% infill for all parts except the "top grinder" piece, which had 25% infill. Post-Printing: After printing all parts, sand until it fits, and then paint.
