Print with the top down. Use supports. Ive only tested with PLA in a Flashforge printer, use your best judgement for specific settings. Please be safe around needles, this is designed to give a better grip on the small .5ml insulin syringes. The syringe should 'click' into place, there are also slots for the syringe to rotate and lock into place. Thoroughly test your print before actual use to ensure it works as expected.
