2021-11-21: Uploaded new frame stl, it is several times stiffer, while only 9 grams heavier. My print weighted 47g + 12g canopy. Now it flies like a proper toothpick New flight video https://youtu.be/zvqmDhw4-0E This is a WORK IN PROGRESS! A lot of things may change [This is how it flies so far on a quite windy day ](https://youtu.be/YBbMb9jWhxI) To complete the build you will need M2x30mm stack screws. 25mm long may also work, but they will only hold vista by very short parts. Electronics: - 20x20 stack or AIO. AIO may work better with shorter 25mm stack screws - DJI Vista with 19mm camera - Light motors, I used 1507 which I had around, but suggest smaller and lighter ones. E.g. 1505/1506. I actually plan to try 1404 to save more weight. KV should be around 2400-2700 for 3-4s - Light 5" props, e.g. 5125-3, 5125-2 Assembly: - Print the frame of PLA, 4 walls/top/bottoms, 20% infill. Basically default Cura profile for PLA. No supports are needed - Print Canopy and antenna holder of TPU, if desired (you can use small whip antenna, it works just fine for mild range). I used a harder version of TPU available locally. Select temperature best for your material, I used 228. 3 walls/top/bottom, 20% infill, *tree supports everywhere. This is actually quite a lot of walls, you can try less to save weight, e.g. 2 walls/top/bottom - Install the stack using screws, do not screw them all the way, only to the top of the stack - Install vista and your 19mm camera into canopy - Put the canopy over the stack and turn in the screws to the end. Be careful not to overtighten and damage the stack, you don't need a lot of force, check that canopy is aligned straight - That's it, all external hardware like GPS and buzzer just go to the sides of the frame and fixed with zip ties and/or electric tape. THIS IS NOT ACRO quad, it break easy in a crash, but it flies quite good as a cruiser. You can expect 10+ minutes of flights from 1000mAh 4s battery
