A very large build volume is required to print this entire piece in one go (243mm diameter x 238mm height). We didn't have a suitable item in the lab to safely hold this glass securely, so I designed a simple solution using an 8-inch (~210mm) outer diameter cork stand as a buffer between the jacketed glass and the plastic. This way you can use PLA if you prefer, but I recommend PETG or even ABS to ensure your part doesn't warp under heat. To add extra support, use a clamp to hold the neck in place. This is a substantial print at 1.4kg and may still topple over if not handled carefully. There's about four inches of clearance for attaching tubing to the spout and removing what's inside. A 400mL tri-pour can easily fit within this space, along with other items.
