Not for 3D printing, unless you have a metal printer. This is more about personal safety than anything else. I wanted lighter weights on my diving weight belt, so I created a negative mold for my own heavier (5 lbs, 1.5 kg) weight design. The design fits my thick (~3 mm) silicone rubber belt with a width of 50 mm. I had the mold CNC'ed from a solid aluminum block. I used lead sinkers I dove up earlier, melting them down using a Bunsen burner and a jam tin (backwoods engineering style). A pair of locking pliers made pouring the liquid lead easier. You can fill the mold partially if you want less weight or thinner weights. I advise attempting this outside because fumes from the lead are certainly not healthy. Also, heat the mold before pouring to reduce "wrinkles." Finally, attach a handle to it, preferably made of wood. PS: Still diving with these years later; they don't slip or move around easily which is great. They're also not very bulky and sit close to your body so they don't get hooked on things much.
