5 inch Propeller Container

Tubular Propeller Container - Protect Your Props in Transit! Get the best out of your 4", 5", or even 6" propellers by storing them safely and securely inside this handy tubular container! Its unique design allows for a snug fit, creating a small vacuum seal when pulled apart. Key Dimensions: The taller tube stands at 100mm high with an interior diameter of 45mm. Meanwhile, the shorter tube measures 60mm high and has an impressive 48mm interior diameter. Hands-On Experience! I've been using these propeller containers for a few days now, and here's what I've found: - They fit perfectly: props have plenty of wiggle room and sit comfortably inside. - Close enough to be snug: they don't budge during transport, even when fully loaded. - Safe from damage: the container actually protects props from weight-related damage. Whether you're carrying heavy gear or tossing it in a bag, these tubes are designed to prevent prop bending. Getting Started: Instructions: Find Your Ideal Slicing Settings! As every printer is different, I'll share my own slicing config for printing with PLA using a 0.4mm nozzle: check out this pastebin link: http://pastebin.com/j31P7hc9. Before you start, be sure to test print the first 15-20mm of each tube to ensure they fit together seamlessly. If not, double-check your printer calibration! (There's a 0.5mm tolerance between parts - aim for a snug fit with an extrusion multiplier around 1.1.) If it's too loose, bump up the extruder output; if it's too tight, dial back the multiplier accordingly!)
