Models: House detailed enough for close-up renders. Two MAX files included with Standard materials and big size textures. The file format supported includes MAX2013, 3DS, OBJ, and FBX. Originally created in MAX 2013 using V-Ray 3.60. The scene's HDR_111_Parking_Lot_2_Ref is set for all objects and materials, making sure that all names are correctly allocated. This real-world model features dimensions accurate to system units in centimeters, with coordinates set at (x0, y0, z0) indicating its precise location in space. You'll find no unnecessary or hidden items like lights or cameras in the file. The entire setup is prepared for visualization directly within 3ds MAX. All preview renders were done using 3ds Max 2013 V-Ray 3.60 software.
