Here is a pc fan 80mm adapter made to fit a 5 gallon bucket (The home depot). Im using clear fans so i made a sleeve for the outside. An option of with or without, one sleeve has a cutout for the wires so supports will be needed there. The light trap was designed by stabone831 that I shrunk down to fit. Although it restricts the air flow quite a bit so I don't use it on mine. But it does quite well to block the light. I used black PETG with a 3 wall count and top/bottom 4 layers.
