I chose a single bucket system over the traditional two-bucket approach. Observing that dust continued to infiltrate my vacuum, I devised this diverter to redirect the dust into the cyclone for more efficient collection. First, position the open end of the diverter at a 90-degree angle relative to the outlet port. For this project, I deviated from the original inlet design and created a slide-in feature for the diverter. To ensure a secure fit, I replicated the holes from the original inlet flange on the two-flange design, ensuring they align perfectly. Upon completion, seal any gaps where air may attempt to bypass the vacuum using glue or silicone.
