5 Filament Loader for PTFE Tubes for MMU2
thingiverse
So I wanted to have my filaments loaded underneath my printer as space was a premium. This uses 5 x M10 connectors to grip the PTFE tubes - which are perfectly spaced as per the MMU2, so you have straight runs down the PTFE tubes. I made the inside stepped, so the PTFE tubes all hit a hard stop and the filaments are loaded through a conical opening to make inserting easier and also to reduce the friction. It works really well. I have also included some 8cm spacers that designed so that everything stays in perfect straight line along length of the PTFE tubes. As a final addition I designed a 5 PTFE cutter so that the lengths of the PTFE tubes are all exactly the same. The cutter can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4566190
