5" drone frame
thingiverse
It's a compact 5" drone frame crafted with precision through 3D printing. My primary objective was to create a lightweight yet robust drone frame that would allow beginners to hone their skills without risking damage to an expensive or fragile frame. To achieve this goal, I designed the frame in Fusion 360, and although it's the initial version, it has already proven itself capable of flight despite being slightly too robust. Future iterations will undoubtedly refine its design, but even in its current form, it's more than ready for takeoff. The PETG build of this drone weighs a mere 381 grams, while the same configuration with an Armattan Chameleon attachment tips the scales at around 370 grams.
