I'm currently building a complete printed case for my DIY NAS. This is my first fully printed case project. I've used some 3M 2.5/30 screws to secure the hard drive cage to both the front and back panels. You can see pictures of the screws holding the tray and sides together. The hard drives utilize standard hard drive screws, while the motherboard uses the same type of screws. To stabilize the case, I've installed four rubber feet under the tray. Here's some information about my NAS case: I'm using a mini-ITX motherboard, an SFX power supply, one 140mm fan (with 120mm mount options) - specifically the Thermalright TY-14013BW model, and it will hold five 3.5-inch hard drives.
