grabcad

This is a gesture-controlled, 3D-printable, 5-degrees-of-freedom, desktop-sized robotic arm. The robotic arm is actuated using three standard servos and two micro servos. The arm is able to mimic human arm movements, which are detected using the Python OpenCV library. The PWM signals of the servos are processed in Python and sent to an Arduino Uno via serial. The following is the part list for this project:- 1 x Arduino Uno- 1 x MG996R Standard Servo- 2 x Futaba S3004 Standard Servos- 3 x SG90 Micro Servos- 1 x DC Power Supply (or any 6V power source)- 3D-Printed PartsPython and Arduino Code: https://github.com/JasonJZLiu/Gesture-Controlled-5-DOF-Robotic-Arm-using-Computer-Vision
