5-digit Life Counter

I revamped the 4-digit life counter by incorporating a fifth digit that accounts for play-styles in games, resulting in a total of five digits. To accommodate this addition, I merely extended the core's height by 11mm to make room for the new number, while adding a mere 10mm for the additional digit, thereby avoiding any unnecessary hassle with redesigning the bottom rung, which remained unchanged at 1mm thickness, yet still functions flawlessly.
