I devised a discreet, fully encased swashplate for a UAV project years back. The rotor head features a concealed swashplate with control rods passing through a secondary stationary shaft. It spins on an outer primary shaft, receiving power from a gas engine or turbine via a large primary pulley at the base of the primary shaft (unseen).
