5 AA Cell stackable pack
thingiverse
This 5 AA cell holder design powers Arduino projects by using solid copper wire for battery contacts and interconnects, eliminating the need for bolt head contacts found in other battery packs. The wires are wrapped twice through walls for strong contact with batteries, and channels help align and organize wires. An alternate design includes a top with corners to hold an Arduino steady above the battery box. Packets can be stacked to create split power systems or 12V power. To assemble, use cat-5 twisted pairs, poke one dark strand through a hole, strip wire, thread it twice, and solder wire ends for a strong connection. Repeat with other pairs to complete interconnects, then optionally solder power connectors or strip wires for breadboard connections.
