I printed several antenna shells and they all turned out quite large. They fit my antennas perfectly, leaving no room for slippage. The inner volume of each shell is equivalent to half the volume of a 32.5mm diameter sphere, while the shell itself is a sturdy 1mm thick. To assemble these shells, I printed two base units and carefully superglued them together around the coaxial cable, then attached the top shell to the bottom one around the antenna. For extra security, I applied a small amount of E6000 adhesive to the joint, but fortunately it wasn't needed as everything fit together snugly on its own.
